1. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand by the quality of our Products and the results they deliver. If you are unhappy with results after trialling your Product for at least 30 consecutive days, we will happily refund the purchase price of your Product. Simply let us know why you are unhappy at hello@drinkbotonics.co and return the unused portion, resealed in its original container, to us at the below address:

All reasonable refund requests will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving the unused portion of your Product. To avoid any unexpected delays, it is recommended that you add tracking to your delivery. Please note we are unable to refund the cost of shipping.

  1. OTHER RETURNS

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Drink Botonics will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:

  • The product is damaged, or
  • The product is faulty, and
  • You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Drink Botonics reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. 
Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.

Subject always to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
