Australian shipping is available via Australian Post. We currently do not ship internationally.

An invoice will be sent to the nominated email address that you enter at the checkout.

We endeavour to process orders within 1-2 full business days and aim to have items delivered to you as follows:

• Parcel Post: 2-4 Business Days ($9.95)
• Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders over $80
• Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days ($11.95)

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@drinkbotonics.co to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.
